We ship worldwide. Every item is printed on demand and shipped from the production partner closest to you, so most orders don't need to cross borders.
Production time
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days, and usually within 3. During holidays and big sales, production can take a few extra days.
Estimated delivery times
After production, standard delivery usually takes:
- United States: 3 to 8 business days
- Europe: 6 to 20 business days, depending on the country
- United Kingdom: 5 to 12 business days
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12 to 35 business days
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Free shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $70 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.
Multiple items
If you order several products, they may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages. That's normal, and you won't pay extra for it.
Customs, duties and taxes
We route orders to local production partners whenever possible to avoid import fees. In the rare case that your country charges duties or taxes on delivery, these are the responsibility of the customer.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package seems lost, email us at contact@cherrywstore.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or refund your order.
